Position: Experienced Landscaper / Team Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscaper / Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hard landscaping and the ability to lead a team effectively. If you have a passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments and an eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be an ambassador for the company, leading with clients and designers along with the operations team on a daily basis so professionalism and discretion is key.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience and competence in hard landscaping

* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team

* Punctuality and reliability

* Teamwork

* Positive and energetic

* Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)

* Eligible to work in the UK

* Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

* Excellent communication and problem solving skills

* Health and Safety awareness
